If it is the customer’s reason and the wrong model is selected when placing the order, you should contact us with artboxcase@gmail.com within 24 hours to replace the goods in time. 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must confirm all order details before shipment. Once the order is delivered and payment is completed, customers are advised to inspect and try the product promptly.

If the item does not fit or you are not satisfied, you may apply for a replacement or a 70% refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. No physical return of the product is required or accepted(30% is item and shipping fee)

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by accident
  2. Improper care
  3. Normal wear and tear
  4. Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  5. After-market modifications

No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.


DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
